This course took me back to my days as an athlete. It reignited that feeling of joy and confidence and giving my best at each practice session, but it also reminded me of the negative experiences due to one dimensional coaching with little to no 2nd and 3rd dimension coaching at most coaches. This course has inspired me to adapt an even greater growth mindset. I am excited to see my athletes enjoy while they grow into their full potential as individuals but as team players, servant leaders. I loved the practical examples used in this course. Thank You for a well thought through course.
