Didn't really know how to do that in a sports environment but this course just gave me all the answers.

I enjoyed the course, it was succinct yet insightful. I enjoy the part about performance and moral character and how "determined, disciplined, etc." can all be used for any group regardless of moral standards. Next season I would like to plan some group activities to bring the team together and help them build moral character like assisting at a homeless shelter or helping with toys for tots, etc.
I also really enjoyed the strategy video in the wrap up that spoke about handwritten letters. The two high school football coaches that sent me handwritten letters, one after we won state, and the other after I tore my ACL playing college football, always will stick with me in my heart and it is a strategy I want to implement as a coach.
