This was a great introductory course to the 3 dimensions of coaching. I learned a lot of good baseline information on how to better help our coaches understand what it means to be a 3 dimensional coach, the importance of being a 3 dimensional coach and the impact that being a 3 dimensional coach will have on our athletes.
