The mindset of creating a positive environment and building that foundation so that we can be successful in and out of sports and have that become a long lasting ideology for years to come is what I enjoyed about this course. The course is very good but if there was a way to shorten some videos it would be a bit more time efficient. The actual material talked about is very good and I’m excited to apply these steps and dimensions to my coaching to see how it can improve both myself and my students performance.
