Shaping Culture Using the 3D Framework

Shaping Culture Using the 3D Framework is an innovative course designed to equip leaders with the tools and mindset needed to cultivate thriving organizational cultures. Through a comprehensive exploration of these dimensions, participants will learn to leverage not only the fundamentals and technical skills (Skillset), but also the psychological and relational aspects (Mindset), and the values and character-driven processes (Heartset) necessary for fostering a robust culture.

Drawing from real-life examples and testimonials, participants will gain insights into how integrating the 3D framework can transform their leadership approach, enabling them to see their team members as whole individuals and creating environments where learning and performance thrive. If you aspire to be a leader who not only envisions but also actualizes a culture of significance, this course provides the roadmap to turn that vision into reality.

The course was helpful in providing very general ideas that can be put into practice, but adding a hands-on element (quizzes, worksheets etc.) would increase engagement in my opinion, and may result in something more tangible and individualized at the completion.

Some very powerful insight to coaching. Much of what was said is already done by great coaches and many coaches have aspects of what was discussed.
