This course struck home as to some of the good things I have done as a parent and as a coach of athletes in various sports as well as some things I still need to work on! It also made me realize why some of the things I do really do work! 🙂 I always thought I was just being silly when other coaches may have just looked at me strangely when we would play games!

I loved the stories and the different ideas and strategies of simplifying the motivation and thinking of sport of just play. We get to caught up in accomplishments and accolades that we forget why we are playing. This was fun!
