Fell in love with the course. It is truly relevant to my life if I want to be a coach.

3.5 out of 5 stars. The assistance on developing a Foundational Purpose Statement was worth the price of admission. And the course did an excellent job making me take the time to consider my coaching methods and whether I am properly balancing - for today's athletes - the effort spent on Fundamentals, Psychology, and Heart. I appreciated the practical application examples but believe some could be improved or replaced. Finally, I was disappointed in the proponency for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, whose stance on LGBTQ athletes is at odds with the 3D Institute's messaging regarding the power of love and its teaching that there should be no barriers to joining the team/community.

Do not recommend unless you want to be fed lots of Christian anecdotes with little to no scientific data to back up their claims. This course is also primarily led by men and I feel does not appropriately cover how to properly train up athletes that are primarily female dominant.
