I have cried countless times throughout this course I have gone through a lot as an athlete. If our coaches have all these framework at place, it would have been a better place. Sports has showed me lemons but am here to make a lemonade out of it. Am here to be a better coach than my coaches and be a good examples to others and tell them that yes, there's a process to be a great and a good Coach. This course has impacted and changed me, and not just on the field work, but I have picked so much to apply it in other areas of life.

I truly believe that more coaches need this not only in their lives but also in their coaching. I get so much more out of my players and even athletes that don't play football because of being a 3D coach.

I was fortunate enough to learn from Dr. Duke in the classroom at UCF, then coach beside him at Edgewater High School. Dr. Duke has had an immense impact on my life. He puts his words into action on a daily basis. I would recommend this course to any coach, but especially new coaches, or those who have never been around a 3D Coach. If you want to win more, let them know you care. This course is a blueprint on how to do just that.

This course is game-changing for those who apply it to their sporting context.
