As a retired coach returning to the game, I found the information very helpful. These are things great coaches have always done, the 3D folks organized the theories and plans thoughtfully and hopefully reinforced some things for some of us older coaches and will inspire the next generation.

This course has really opened my eyes on what all goes into coaching. Going from a player graduating in 2019 to my first coaching job in 2022 I thought I had enough knowledge from just being a player to coach at the varsity level. 3d institute and the 3d framework has really changed that.
