I thought this course was incredible. Without taking the bite or "spice" out of competition, it laid out very clearly that there is much more to sport than winning and even learning lessons from winning.

Having coached for 30 years- I have seen the change in our student athletes. It is an entitlement time. This program will help you to devise a plan to change your old style way of thinking and really connect with kids from more than just a skill standpoint. Kids today need to know we as coaches care and this program will help guide you in ways to set up a plan to do just that.

As a teacher that doesn't even coach, this course still proves to be very beneficial to enhancing relationships in my life with my family, friends, and students. If I do decide to coach, I will have the knowledge and tools needed to not be just "another" coach, but to be a coach that can leave a legacy.

3D Coaching has highly impacted the intentionality through which I approach relationships with my student-athletes to build a positive and supportive culture where accountability is a given. I praise the Lord for the gift of this course and the people behind its concept and design. It is well-developed and interactive making learning an enjoyable process. The 3D Coaching process relates very closely to my profession in Human Resource. Thank you for mentioning about children at risk.
Engaging all the modules challenged me to revisit, revalidate and reaffirm my life's purpose, and the issues of faith, destiny, and legacy. I feel more confident and empowered in my involvement with FCA. God has a sovereign plan for Philippine sports. This course has blessed me so much. It will be my legacy to pass it on and transform sports in our country for the glory of God.

Wow. This course has really opened my eyes to what a coach should really be. The program has taught me that coaching should not only be about sport but also about building relationships with players and their parents. The 3 denominational coaching framework gives a whole new perspective to coaching, and life. The framework allows for us to have a vision of our future and organize our goals as we better ourselves. I highly recommend educating yourself on this way of coaching, or life that is.
