This course has been exactly what I was looking for. I have been searching and reading many resources, trying to formulate my direction and purpose in coaching. I have learned a lot but have been struggling to put all that I have learned into to an organized collection of thoughts. This course did that. This is an amazing course. I found it obtaining my Master's degree in coaching and I have really bought into the framework. Outstanding... I realized that for most of my coaching career I seldom got out of the 1st dimension. I did hit 2nd and 3rd but it was inconsistently approached. I can also take this work and apply it to my family life.

This 3D coaching course brought a whole new meaning to who I am as a coach. Discovering techniques to use in the 2nd and 3rd dimensions were eye opening.
