I am not specifically a sports coach, however I have a long history in sport and am passionate about it. I have associates in professional sports coaching who are looking to implement the 3D framework within Australia. However I am a life and ministry Coach, and spent much of my time coaching individuals and teams. I have found the 3D content very transferable. The certificate course brought many affirmations for me, as well as personal challenges in my coaching. As a result I am committed to working with those in the sports arena to implement this strategy within Australia.

Even though I am in the twilight of my career as this is my 37th year of coaching high school golf, this course provided me with insight into how I can get better, and I will always strive to be better. i really wish this had been available earlier in my career. I believe that this program should be a required part of coaches receiving their degree / certification to coach. Thank you.

Inspired and humbled at the same time. 3D coaching has helped me identify which aspects of the three dimensions I have not implemented and also which were implemented unintentionally. I can now intentionally focus on applying different strategies in order to mentor learners in my classroom and also players from my various sporting codes.
